These terms govern your use of PokerWise (“the app”), operated by PokerWise. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What PokerWise is

PokerWise is a record-keeping tool for home poker games. It helps you track buy-ins and cash-outs and work out who owes whom. It is not a gambling service, a casino, or a money transmitter or payment service. We do not handle, hold, or transfer any money. Any actual settling up happens directly between you and the other players, off the platform, and is entirely your responsibility.

You are responsible for making sure the games you track are legal where you are.

Your account

You can use PokerWise as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Do not impersonate others or enter information you are not allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no trying to break it, overload it, or work around its security, no unlawful use, and no using it to harass others or infringe their rights. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Availability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any disputes, debts, or settlements between players. The balances the app shows are a convenience calculation, not a financial record. Verify anything that matters to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will update the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, give notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
